Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. For purchases of products, batteries and wireless chargers brand Milwaukee from authorized dealers Milwaukee Tool Indonesia, you are entitled a warranty period 1 year from the date of purchase in accordance with the terms and conditions that apply.

2. The warranty valid and will be processed by PT Milwaukee Tool Indonesia if the following conditions are fulfilled :

a) You have completed fulfil the warranty card form and registration

b) The product must be purchased from authorized Milwaukee dealer in Indonesia

c) The product is used under normal conditions and according to the operating manual

3. During the warranty period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase with the conditions as in clause 2 fulfilled, you are released from repair services and replacement of spare parts that arise due to defects in components or production processes (except normal wear and tear due to usage) of 1 (one ) times claim, except for the circumstances set out in clause 4 below

4. Warranty does not apply if:

a) the original receipt of purchase and/or guarantee card is not shown.

b) Products not supplied by PT Milwaukee Tool Indonesia, including but not limited to parallel imported products and counterfeit products.

c) The product is damaged due to the use of counterfeit batteries, chargers or accessories.

d) Mechanical or electrical damage to the product caused by incorrect installation, configuration, use, insufficient or incorrect voltage or current, or other activities that are not in accordance with the operating manual or contrary to the technical specifications on the product.

e) Damage to the product caused by force majeure (meaning any event or circumstance beyond your control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, lightning or other natural disasters)

f) Products that have been opened/disassembled by other parties, including reconfiguration, self-tested/tested repairs, installation of inappropriate/intentional variations, modifications.

g) Damage caused by ingress of sand, water, corrosion/rust, fire or other external elements.

h) Damage due to falling, hitting hard and not being maintained properly.

i) The product serial number has been changed or removed from the product or is illegible.

j) Normal wear and tear due to wear and tear, all accessories or parts that wear out due to use (e.g. carbon brushes, cable harnesses, bearings, oil, etc.) and must be checked regularly so that wear and tear on these parts does not lead to a malfunction of the tool.

k) Any software provided or developed by the manufacturer or third party vendor that is installed on the product being repaired and shipped with the product for repair.

l) Products, accessories and/or spare parts have been discontinued

5. Retrieval of products maximum 1 month from notification of completion repair work. We reserve the right to dispose of products that are not taken.

6. PT Milwaukee Tool Indonesia has the right and absolute decision to determine whether damage is included in the warranty or will charge a service fee, including the cost of spare parts and labor.

7. Standard repair time can be extended if spare parts need to be imported to Indonesia.

8. PT Milwaukee Tool Indonesia has the right to change the product back to factory default settings when carrying out repairs without prior notification. Replaced damaged/defective components will become the property of PT Milwaukee Tool Indonesia and will not be returned.

9. If the product cannot be repaired or the model has been discontinued or is not available, then PT Milwaukee Tool Indonesia has the sole and absolute discretion to replace its product or component with a similar model provided that the replacement product or component will have the same or higher efficiency and function than original product or component.

10. Notwithstanding anything stated herein, PT Milwaukee Tool Indonesia will not be held liable if the user or any third party for any damage, loss, liability (except and except personal injury or death) or failure to provide maintenance services under warranty this in respect of any act, negligence or negligence of PT Milwaukee Tool Indonesia's technicians, employees or contractors in connection with the performance claimed of any liability under this warranty. PT Milwaukee Tool Indonesia's maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the product's replacement value.

11. This warranty does not apply to other than the direct purchaser of the product. PT Milwaukee Tool Indonesia reserves the right to transfer all of its rights and obligations under this guarantee to any third party.

12. PT Milwaukee Tool Indonesia has the right to change or cancel the warranty terms and conditions above without prior notification.

13. In the event of a dispute, PT Milwaukee Tool Indonesia has the right to make the final decision.

14. This warranty is governed by Indonesian law. Any third party that is not the owner of the product is not entitled to enforce the terms and conditions of the warranty.

15. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the English and Indonesian versions of these warranty terms and conditions, the Indonesian language version will prevail.
